Master of Science (MSc) in Medical Genetics (2018 intake)

Programme Overview
This program prepares graduates with practical knowledge in providing care for obstetrics, pediatric and adult patients with genomic, biochemical, and developmental diseases, and gain laboratory experience in a chosen area of medical genetics with the opportunities to get to know the diagnosis of rare genetic diseases because of advances in our related technologies and professionals, especially in the genomic medicine.

For non-local students, teaching schedule will be:
On-campus class: 3 times/year  (3-4 consecutive days at weekend)
Online class: Usually at weekends
First and currently the only postgraduate taught programme in Medical Genetics in Hong Kong.
Teaching panel consisting of internationally renowned experts and local experienced professionals.
After finishing the course, student will obtain over 300 CME / CPD points (pending to be approved by HKCOG & MLT Board)
